Outgoing Caller ID
I called tech supt and got thru in about 10 min. A trouble ticket has been created to get my caller id corrected on my second phone number, and I was told it should be done in 24-48 hrs. -- sounds good --

Mine was a newbie and needed to pass it off on to someone else. It is nice not to wait all day now. They are doing good things and saving us all a lot of money. It has been 30 days, but still no name in outgoing caller id. Called support and opened a ticket twice. No luck yet.
