All VM messages showing from "Unknown"

Whenever I get a VM on my OOMA, the OOMA lounge is showing those voicemails as being from "Unknown caller". Caller ID is being passed through properly as I can see the number and callers name in the call history.

It seems to have started sometime between the 14th and the 17th of March. I received a VM on the 14th and the info is fine, then on the 17th it started saying unknown, and has said it ever since.

Any ideas what might be going on?

This is bug 10543. Fixed, but not rolled out to production yet. Support will update you as updates become available.

Thanks for the update. Glad to know it is a known bug. Any estimate as to when it will be rolled out?

We just connected our Telo today and have noticed all our calls coming in as UNKNOWN.

Hi,

I use a OOMA telo system and until march 31st, the caller IDs were appearing with phone numbers and names. From April 1st - the ooma web page lists every voicemail as if it is from unknown. However my handphone was able to identify all phone calls including caller IDs.

I have recently began experiencing this problem. This only happens on voicemails. It is April 15(beyond April 11). When can we expect this to be fixed?

This is bug 10562 on our backend servers.
