Hello, I'm an ooma premier sub. with the 500 min. international calling bundle, which i use to call to Mexico.. On the rate chart it says that the $5 bulk rate is 2¢, yet in the "Prepaid Account" section it states that the calls I make to Mexico are at a rate of 8.1¢.

Also, I would like to know when the account gets reloaded with 500 mins.. Lets say I subscribed on the 20th of the month, does then ooma reload the 20th of every month, or do they reload on the 1st of the month??

I also included screen shots of the rates on the chart and the rate I'm being charged..

Hello xstation, the rates displayed in your prepaid account activity is the standard rate plus the FUSF tax.

This is the rate you would be charged if you were to go over your 500 min but since you are still within the included minutes, your charge is $0.

The 500 min Premier plan doesn't include bulk rate.

You are on your own billing cycle for the international plan; if you started on the 20th, then the cycle starts up again every month on 20th.
