Multi-ring during power outage

I have multi-ring set to call my cellphone. If during a power outage the hub is offline will this feature still work? In other words does multi-ring require an online hub to function?

I don't know.
Why don't you test it and let everyone know what you find.
Disconnect power from your ooma hub.
Wait 5 minutes.
Have someone else call your ooma number.
Did your cell phone ring?

Thanks Wayne, it would be nice to have a feature to ring your cell only during a power outage.
