Caller ID not working

Every phone call I receive comes up "Unknown." I've tried calling from several different phones I know are not blocked. I've also tried plugging in several different phones. I have the Premier membership. I'm a little worried as I have submitted a portage request and would like to get this resolved before I lose my land-line.

I could not find anyplace on my account to enable or disable Caller ID. Suggestions?

If you are configured in "landline integration" mode, caller ID will not work unless your landline has caller ID and even then it is flaky. Once the port is complete and the landline is gone, caller ID will work.

Thanks, Murphy. I'll be patient and wait for my number to port over. My landline has Caller ID, but the noise on the landline and call quality has been an ongoing issue.
