International Mobile Calls

Are calls to international mobile numbers included in the International bundle package? Or do I need to add money to the prepaid account to make calls to those numbers?

If not included in plans, would show up as "N/A." Mobile is included 15 out of 70 countries/destinations.
If not included, you'll need to have prepaid balance to call.
