voicemail not working

My ooma was working fine, but recently the voicemail stopped functioning. The personal message I recorded does not play. Instead, the preset "Hello, we are not available now..." comes on. No message is recorded. I have checked the setup and it has my personal message recorded and lists it as the active message. I rebooted the system and it went to my outgoing message (without the phone ringing) and recorded the message. The next time I tried, it went back to the preset message and the problem with no voicemail recording returned.

Hi tflorin, if you're still experiencing this issue, when you get a chance can you put in a request into our support team? They'll be able to take a closer look into your voicemail account settings to see what the issue is.
