I've had ooma since Feb. 1st and this is the first time it has happened to me. Not to worry.

At the Board Index page, there is a OOMA Update and Status posting that is there to alert everyone of the current status of updates and the system itself. There have been almost hourly postings from OOMA about what is going on. The last posting was at 3:30 Pacific time. It looks like things are slowly coming back. 7:20 have logged into my main account and scout account.
I have been with ooma since February 04th and this is the first outage. Nonetheless, this outage is inexcusable. They should employ redundancy and failover, which they obviously don't.
I was with Vonage for five years and don't ever recall an outage of this magnitude.
Today, I had to use my Skype account and my cell phone to make outgoing calls. I potentially missed important business calls.
