What does this mean?

I don't have a Blue Ooma logo on my box. It has no light at all. When I cycle the power it flashes a very rapid red then goes out, not blue or red and the phones seem to work ok.
What is the problem? Blue LED out? Anything I can fix?
I haven't called customer service because I have found this forum more supportive and less frustrating.

Yes, if you have an Ooma Telo, press the light symbol on the face of the Ooma Telo. If you have a Ooma Hub rotate the dimmer wheel at edge of Hub.
