Incoming calls get 077T message

When attempting to making an incoming call people receive a very scratch message stating "Your call did not go through please try your call again 077T". Inbound calls do ring but can not be received and do not get sent to voice mail. Outbound calls work fine and the system has worked fine for the last year an a half. I have tried bouncing the Ooma and the scout.

Any help would be appreciated.

Power off the Ooma device for 20 minutes. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload/reset your Ooma profile/The Ooma Tunnel. Then repower the Ooma device and test.

If that doesn't work contact Ooma Customer Service. Be perpared to give date, time and phone number of caller, that was calling you.

Thank you the 20 minute rest did the trick voicemail and incoming calls are now working.
