Red here in Louisiana too.... Recycled too and still red.... It would be nice if there were such thing as a 24 hr tech support, but there's not! Oh wait, VONAGE had that, but I switch to Ooma to save money. Now I'm wasting time instead of getting my calls!

Flashing Red tab with lines 1 & 2 solid - Pulling the power for one minute has not helped.

I purchased this Ooma system to try and save money. Looks like I am going to have to purchase a cell phone as backup.

I agree, if they can't get the system stabilized, it's time to look for other options. I just can't afford to have my office lines out of commission. Plus, it doesn't help we have nobody to contact at this time of day.
