I have ticket 111222000455 (yeah, that looks like a fake number to me too, but they assure me it's real) open with them. They check in every couple of days asking about the status. Unfortunately, I can't update the ticket on line, so I just update this thread. I've also told Bobby B about it and he responded. I need to ping him again.Without a doubt the problem that you are having is on the Ooma side. I would, instead of calling Ooma Customer Support, send them an E-mail outlining the problem. I have better luck with resolving an Ooma problem by using E-mail. Usually after the first response from Ooma Customer Support, I hear nothing back from Ooma Customer Support, but usually after a few days, the problem mysteriously goes away.
50832Check for the version of Ooma Telo firmware that you have by Dialing *#*#001. The firmware version audio comes out of your Ooma Telo Speaker after dialing *#*#001 in one of your phones.
I referred a friend, and his Telo has the same issue. I made two calls on his - the first went right through and the second took the busy, pause, ring, connect approach. So, it does not seem related to my device (which I never thought it did).
