Without a doubt the problem that you are having is on the Ooma side. I would, instead of calling Ooma Customer Support, send them an E-mail outlining the problem. I have better luck with resolving an Ooma problem by using E-mail. Usually after the first response from Ooma Customer Support, I hear nothing back from Ooma Customer Support, but usually after a few days, the problem mysteriously goes away.
I have ticket 111222000455 (yeah, that looks like a fake number to me too, but they assure me it's real) open with them. They check in every couple of days asking about the status. Unfortunately, I can't update the ticket on line, so I just update this thread. I've also told Bobby B about it and he responded. I need to ping him again.
Check for the version of Ooma Telo firmware that you have by Dialing *#*#001. The firmware version audio comes out of your Ooma Telo Speaker after dialing *#*#001 in one of your phones.

I referred a friend, and his Telo has the same issue. I made two calls on his - the first went right through and the second took the busy, pause, ring, connect approach. So, it does not seem related to my device (which I never thought it did).

Arun, please call Ooma and let them know that you having the same problem as ticket 111222000455. This is the ticket I opened with them for this problem.

On a side note, 310 numbers don't seem to work at all for me. I have only tried to call Bell's 310 number for home phone service and it might only work on their system for some silly reason. I think that is the only time I have ever called a 310 number, so I don't really see it as a big problem. I will just use my cell phone for the calls that fail.

No idea why a call from Bell Canada showed up in my call log today. Maybe they were trying to get me back, but their call was dropped before anyone could answer, probably due to their internet issues they had today. In any case, when I dial it from Ooma, it works and you get through as if you're phoning 310 BELL.

I wanted to add another phone number that can't be reached from my Ooma phone but works great from my cell phone.

800 959 2256 - it's a rather important number for the CRA (Canada's version of the IRS).

Thanks.
