Why is a # on my Blacklist getting through?

I have both my personal blacklist and the community blacklist enabled. They seem to be doing their job with one exception--a specific number of a telemarketer with a 312 area code keeps getting through! They call several times per day, always from the same #: 312-572-6990. I've entered this number in to my blacklist database in several formats just to make sure it's saved here. However, this number still is able to call me!

Able to call you means your phone rings? Do these calls show up on your call logs?

Yes, my phone rings (my blacklist is set to give a number disconnected message) and it shows up on my call logs.

Need to call into customer service and have them fix.
