Two questions...

1. Does the option exist to turn on a beep or other sound when new voicemail has not yet been listened to?
2. I've tried deleting messages remotely by pressing "7" on the keypad...unsuccessful...suggestions?

1. No sound option. Play button on Telo base blinks and blue LED on Tel handset blinks when there are unheard messages.
2. You must press 7 while the message is playing to delete it.
