I checked the personal greeting. Same one I've always had. Tried re-recording it just to try something. Nothing has changed.

This is a strange one; since you called using more than 1 cell, so probably not cell phone problem.
I'd switch to "system generated" greeting instead of a personal greeting and see. If still issues, call Ooma customer service and have them check it out.
Monday-Friday 7am-7pm PST
Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm PST
