Getting Voice Mail on System

I know I can get my vm on the handset. Also I can get them on the computer. Earlier (before my cat walked over the system) I could tap a buttom on the main Ooma box and listen to the voicemail play.

How do I put that setting back so I don't have to dial out or turn on my computer to listen to my message?

(I apologize if this is a second post, but I cannot find my first post.) :)

Press the leftmost button in the top row multiple times until you reach the volume level that you prefer.
The choices are OFF, 1, 2, 3, 4.

If you were on 4 and the cat hit that button it is now in the OFF position.

I have gone to the system, pressed 2 and thought I was setting up a voice mail account for my son...but all callers hear the same message.

Is it possible to have 2 separate voice mail messages?

If so, how?

Only if you assign a handset or a Linx as a personal device and give it its own phone number.
You would need Premier service to do that.
