Cannot reach 1-877 number

Good news: This 1-877 number now routes correctly - thank you Ooma support.
Bad news: I just had to call Rogers Ontario support and my call fails to route to either of their 877 numbers!

Ooma, what gives? Do I need to got thru this process for every 877 number I call forever more? Is there not some way to make it look like my call is originating from 613 when you hop onto PSTN for all my calls?

I'm unable to reach 1-855-344-7367 (Hisense TV Canada Support). I get message "your call did not go through - please try again - 027P". Online chat CSR was no help - remote reset of Ooma didn't fix. I've no problem calling this number with my cell phone, however (Rogers Network). I've tried all the suggestions in previous posts (*99, etc.), but still no joy. This is a major PITA. However, in fairness, in the 7 mos. I've used Ooma, this is the first obstacle I've encountered. I've emailed Ooma support so will wait & see if it's something they can fix.

Is there another contact number besides the toll free number? Most have other contact numbers that aren't toll free and since calling is included call the non-toll free number.

Nope, the 1-855 number is the only one given. Probably gets forwarded to a call centre in India or the Philippines.
