I accidently blocked my neighbors phone number. How can I undo this?

Click on the phone number and then click on the Delete button.

click the number you want to delete from the blacklist
click delete

I just noticed if you use IE8, the Personal Blacklist list doesn't show up under the Personal Blacklist category.

Use Firefox to view your Personal Blacklist, "View all" to see all of them. Click on the one you want to delete and click "Delete."
