Picture ID not working [resolved]

Hello, I created a contact list with several entries in them. But the picture id still does not appear when one of the contacts in the list calls. All have pictures set but it still fails to work. Tried the red button, also tried to repairing the phone etc. nothing seems to be working.

Do I somehow need to update the hd2 handset firmware? If so how do I get the update? Thank you.

I am having the same problem with my new HD2 handsets. Everything works correctly, but there is no picture ID when I receive a call from one of my contacts (Pictures have been uploaded and resync'd).

What did you do to resolve the problem?

Upgraded the unit to the beta release. Your unit has now been upgraded as well.

I resync'd (from Ooma web site), waited a half hour and tried calling from mine and my wife's cell phone - no picture. Is there anything else that I should be setting in my contacts folder other than uploading the pictures and requesting a resync? It probably doesn't make any difference, but my Telo was purchased in August 2011.

Try rebooting your handsets by holding down on the red key.

Also see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16915&start=10. MyOoma has a bug where it's allowing image uploads larger than 8 kb, so make sure your images are 8 kb or smaller.
