This thread is about a telo1 software bug. You have a telo2. Press volume up 3 times, then hold down the button on the rear of the telo for like 3 sec to enable registration mode. If you don't hear anything then the speaker is bad.

VM monitoring was disabled on your telo. Turned it back on. You can control this on myooma.com
