No sound from Telo1 base running 175814

press volume up a couple of times, then hold down the button on the back of the telo for 3 sec to start registration mode, if hear nothing then speaker is bad

Please help.. I have the Telo and I get no voice-mail coming from the Telo. I believe I am on 191303.

Very frustrating, and please please work on this for the future release. If there is a future upgrade this should be fixed.

Tom, I have a first generation telo. I had this same problem before and reverting to 156394 fixed it. Could you please revert it? Thanks.

Would you please revert the software anyway? As I mentioned, I had this exact issue before, and the reversion took care of it. I promise to report back with the results. If the problem doesn't go away, I won't seek another remedy. If it does go away, I am sure that you would want to be made aware of that fact. Thanks.

Yes it did because you were running 175814 at the time, the build with the bug. Anyway done.

Tom - My voicemail and sound are not working on my Ooma Telo. Can you please assist? It's only a year and half old. Would it be the firmware or the speaker as discussed in previous posts? My version is 191303.
