I am having the same problem too and has has been only in the past few days. Was there an update pushed out that is causing problems? Mine had worked flawlessly for about 4 years. Multiple restarts have not resolved the issue. If any one figures it out, please let us know.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Everything works except no sound just from the telo itself when playing back a voicemail, etc. It all started a few days ago. Multiple reboots and even a factory reset made no difference. Is it a problem with an update that was pushed out?? Anybody have suggestions?

Karl, your telo was not upgraded until 2/17 so not related to that

I'm having the same problem on my Telo 1 which was recently upgraded to 175814.

Pushing the volume button used to speak 1, 2, 3, 4, but now it no longer does so. Pressing Play connects but there's no sound. Also it doesn't ring when there's an incoming call nor does voicemails play through it when someone is leaving a voicemail message. Basically the speaker is not working at all.

I'm not sure when it stopped working, but it worked a few weeks ago. I've unplugged my Telo 1 multiple times, but that didn't help.

Same problem others are having - no sound from the Telo base. Is someone working on this?

Please clarify. Your phone doesn't ring or do you mean that voicemail monitoring is not working?
Can you answer calls and make calls ok with 2-way audio?

Reproduced the issue. Impacts older telo1 in the MAC 04-08 series. Have reverted your telo1 to 156394.
