I'm having the same problem also, no sound from the speaker for voicemail monitoring, changing the volume up/down, or listening to voicemail from the telo.
How do we know which version we have?

I'm having the same problem with no sound coming from my tele base. I've tried rebooting multiple times, I toggled the sound sequence and there's no change. Still no sound. The firmaware release is 179239.
Any help greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. Without being able to monitor my calls, the voice mail is of use to me. I was told I have no sound is because I don't use the Premium service. Does everyone that is having this problem a Premium Member? This doesn't seem practical to me. Very frustrating not to hear who is calling without picking up the phone.
Can this be fixed??
