Thanks much. Just checked and audio now working fine, just as before. Question: is this going to break on the next update pushed out or do you think the programmers will code in a workaround for older telo1?

We've discontinued the 175814 rollout. The release will be fixed.

Thanks. I can confirm my speaker is working again after being reverted (plus my Bluetooth adapter is found again).

Our Telo has also stopped making any sounds. Voicemails have to be heard through an attached phone. I have read through this thread and researched that my Telo is at version 175814. Can it be rolled back to the 156394 version as that would fix this problem? Thanks for your assistance!

Thanks Tom B. Just checked and base Telo has resumed previous behavior! Appreciate it. I noticed I have been a member of this forum for over 7 years. Guess that made it easy to know which Telo I had!!

Hi, My old Telo base has the same problem with no audio. I am on version 175814. I called the Ooma help desk and the agent said he could not reverse the update. Can you help, Tom?
