I am experiencing the same issue.
Might it be possible that this is the result of some flaw in a resent firmware update?

I works now but with the volume on 4(the highest it will go) is only half as loud as before this issue started.

I had this issue also, but now mine won't connect to the internet at all since Saturday. I posted about this in another topic since I thought it was a firmware issue.

I am also just recently lost sound to my telo base. How do you find out what load you have on your telo? Not sure what version I have.
