I have a Telo and use a wired handset. All local calls are 10-digit. I've come across a local number that I can't get through to. I dial the number, but nothing happens, even after a long wait. No ring. All other local numbers work fine, and no problem receiving calls in general. It's 918-451-5276.
Customer service was no help. They did something to my account to force all local calls to be 10-digit, but of course I was already doing that. They assured me it would work now, but it doesn't.
Something could be wrong with the number I'm calling, or Ooma could be having trouble getting through to whoever 918-451 is.
Any help would be appreciated.

ask higher level support to check the routes used

I just bought ooma telo i can recieve calls but when i dial i always tells me the other phone is disconected or just sound like the line its busy

Did you enable 10 digit dialing in your online account? If you didn't you can dial 7 digit phone numbers in your own area code. All other calls must be 11 digit calls. 1 + area code + 7 digit number.

Log into your my.ooma.com account and click the box by enable 10 digit dialing.

For 2 days now we have not been able to make outgoing calls. Noted that: 1) We did not get the usual musical Ooma sound before the regular dialtone ... it goes right to dialtone. 2) Get the tones for dialing the number, but after no sound at all it goes to a fast busy tone. Have repowered, disconnected, reconnected, etc., all the usual first fixes. Also of note, it will not dial any numbers from our fast dial/phone book. Need this working ASAP as I am senior citizen and have to have phone accessible to call for help. UPDATE: 10:34 a.m. PST now have the Ooma musical sound, dialtone, dials, but no sound followed by rapid busy tone.

My Ooma telo outgoing calls stopped working, had this issue once in Jan 2017 but the problem resurfaced again with new internet ISP. I tried toggling 10 digit dial enable option but that didnt help either. Appreciate any guidance. Thanks
