Hmmm. Still not looking great.

Rebooted this morning. And now I'm still getting fast busy on outgoing.

This morning saw some worse things... Like calls being DROPPED. :-(

Interesting... Browsing directly to the Telo, it is "all good". Physically.. blue light on.

But.. "my.ooma.com" shows the status as "offline" (red explanation point)

After a reboot and waiting.. things go "GREEN" on the my.ooma.com page

So.. it is "fixing" after a reboot for a while.

Tom,

It seems like we have to reboot the Telo EVERY DAY. It still gives us fast-busy after a while and won't place outgoing calls. :-( After a reboot, it comes back to life for a while.

Really sad as our old Ooma HUB was ROCK-SOLID. This is really terrible.

Are the developers aware of this?

That certainly isn't my number.

Still having problems. I have to reboot my Telo every day.

1. What is hooked up to the telo phone port?
2. Can you still answer inbound calls ok after outbound gives fastbusy? (your comment on p5 suggests yes)
3. Does press play to listen to voicemail still work after outbound gives fastbusy?
4. After getting fastbusy try dialing 900 265 1040. Does that go through?

Your 5/14 log shows the workaround for upstream packet fragmentation was already in place but this one call still failed. You then rebooted and calls worked again. Same is likely happening at other times.

Since this problem started 2 months ago it's possible something changed in your upstream network or equipment. One way to check is to put the hub back on the account and see if it reproduces the problem.

- Phone port is hooked up to our phones. Like it has been for many years.

- Inbound calls work during this problem. Although recently, I've noticed some dropped/missed calls while this is going on. But, the phone seems to ring and inbound calls have generally worked.

- Once fastbusy happens. The "voicemail play" button does not work. The light on the Telo blinks purple and then back to blue and nothing happens. After reboot, everything is fine.

- I'll try the 900 number you suggested and report back later today.

- Sadly, the hub went into the trash many months ago. :-(

I've made some adjustments to my firewall and we'll see if that fixes the problem.

I put the Telo in the DMZ.
