Same issue. Phone connected directly to telo. Receives calls, but doesn't call out. Tried 7, 10 and 11 number dialing. Enabled 10 digit and have tried options again to no avail. Tried 2 different phones and two different phone cables. Blue light is on and the online shows all good. Just doesn't work. Tom B. -would love for you to work your magic on my line. Thanks

When in doubt always try 11 digits. You now have 10-digit dialing enabled so when dialing 7 digits be sure to to dial a # at the end for faster call setup time.

I see a number of ok 10-digit calls to your cell but they're short calls. Were these calls ok or no audio?
Can you hear Ooma voicemail ok when you dial your Ooma number from the telo?

I appear to be having this issue as well. I can't get outbound calls to work. It's worked a couple of times yesterday (the first day I setup the service). All I get after inputting the number is a brief silence then a busy signal.

10 digit dialing enabled, 11 digit calling, 10 digit calling, *98 & *96 calling, Located in Washington, D.C.

I've read a couple pages of this thread, yet with zero luck.

Any support would be appreciated.

Thanks,
tim

Still no luck. I am using a V-Tech telephone, if that helps at all.

Still, no luck. Does the Telo require a suggested bandwidth? I don't pull very much (approximately 15mbs up/down).

I am still able to opperate streaming services and Skype off of this speed.

Thank you.

Due to an SSL issue on your network the telo is unable to reach our configuration servers and so can't apply the config change I made. Went ahead and made the change manually. But there's definite connectivity issues on your network. Try powering down the entire network (modem etc) for a few minutes and then power back up starting with the modem.

I have the same issue. I have rebooted and that sometimes resolves the issue but, it also has failed to resolve it. I can always seem to receive calls and voice quality is fine. Tom B, can you please take a look? FYI, you will see short calls as I have been testing. Used different phones. LED is solid blue. I am using the wireless adapter. Connection seems to be fine when looking at the stats. Symptoms the same as others dial and nothing then I give up or it fails. I do have 10 digit dialing set. When it works I can dial just fine. Thanks in advance...Bill
