Telo receives calls but does not make calls

Do you have your Telo phone line distributed to the whole house?
The DSL signal must not be on the same wires. The DSL signal must go directly to the DSL modem and no where else.

The DSL signal goes to its modem. I meant the issue happened after changing internet from cable to DSL. Thanks

Hi,
I'm having this exact same trouble. The unit has worked flawlessly since last summer and just started to act up about a week or two ago. Rebooting the entire modem followed by the OOMA system sometimes fixes the problem temporarily. It then fails again shortly there after.
Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Incoming calls are working fine but outgoing calls are just silence... no ringing. If I try a second time it might work. People on the other end always ask were you having trouble call us or they say i knew it was you trying to contact us.
The phone we use is an Ooma cordless. We are on the east coast server. Thanks again Tom for moving us there. Call stats are much better. Echo and talk over happens rarely if at all. Just need to be able to call out consistently.

Nickhcoffey, not seeing any dialed digits in your log. Does the dialtone stop when you dial a digit or does it continue?
