@Tom B - Might still be having some issues. My wife mentioned this morning dialing out and after waiting got dial tone again. When she mentioned about 90 minutes later, I tried dialing my cell number and it rang through fine. I had her try again several times to dial the number she had a problem with and it connected with no issue. So, not certain if there is still an issue with outbound calls which is now more intermittent. I will keep an eye on it. Is there any sort of diagnostic information that I can provide to you?

Please help, I have the same issue. I can receive calls but can't make outgoing calls. I used both 10 digits and 11 digits but none of them is worked. I just enabled my 10 digits calling (never enabled before) but still not working. However, when i tried to use *98 then 11 digits, it worked.

If there's issues always try 11 digits because that should always work. Your log for today doesn't show a problem.

Thanks for your response. Yes I don't have problem if I dial *98 then 11 digits. However, if I only dial 11 digits, my outgoing call is not working.

what if you dial *96 or press play for voicemail or dial 19002651040 without any prefix

I am not able to make outgoing calls. When I dial line, I get busy signal after 15 seconds. Please help

I am having similar problem with my Telo. When I make calls, there is silence for 15 seconds and then I get busy sound.. Please help
