Dial Tone at the End of Voice Messages

Please help me configure my disconnect time to 900ms again. The Ooma Telo unit rebooted due to a short power outage in my area.

Unfortunately, the dial tone is still present.

Try again now. Your telo rebooted because new build was applied.

I am currently using Panasonic Cordless Handsets (Model: KX-TGD222N) with Ooma. I am also having this 'dial tone at the end of voice messages' issue. I have tried calling customer service to resolve this issue but no one seems to know what's going on. Can you do something to resolve this issue for me?

I am still hearing the dial tone. At first I tried it and though it was good but after that i tried again and the dial tone is back.
