Dial Tone at the End of Voice Messages

I'm also experiencing this issue. Can someone please help me with this? I've already tried asjuting the settings within Ooma and nothing helps.

Anyone know how to request Disconnect Time adjustment these days? have called customer service, even level 2, a few times but havent yet reached someone familiar with the setting. thx v much for any guidance!
