Are you able to see from your end whether my system is rebooting itself? Also, I recently changed from using the wireless adapter to using a hardwired connection (because the wireless adapter would constantly disconnect), could this change have anything to do with why I still hear the dial tone even after setting to 900ms (whereas in the past, 900ms was able to resolve this issue)?
Thanks.

One reboot on 8/2 for firmware upgrade. Just to try set disconnect to 1500ms.

1500ms seemed to do the trick. Thank you.

Tom,
It was my understanding that whenever the Ooma Telo was rebooted that we would revert to the "Voice Mail Buzz" and you would have to handle it. A few days ago my Ooma Telo was rebooted due to the 156393 version update but I still do not get the "Voice Mail Buzz" which I am very thankful for. But, why do some users have to have their disconnect changed?
