Incoming call rings, but can't answer

I have experienced this issue twice in the last week.

1) Caller places call to my OOMA number
2) My phone attached to the OOMA rings.
3) I answer call but do not hear anything
4) Caller continues to hear ringing
5) After 9 rings OOMA Voice mail picks up call.

Wernowhere, since you're online if you could I'd like to perform some tests.
After the telo is done rebooting please see if the problem has gone away.

Whatever you did seems to have improved it. I was able to call the number from both a cell phone and a different VOIP line and it went through.

So it picks up but the first time I called I couldn't hear them talking. The others times it was fine but I was hearing some clicking/static on the line.

Ok... The first inbound call was ok from the outside but was terrible from the ooma side. I called twice more right after that (once with a cell and once via voip) and the call seemed good in both directions.
