Incoming call rings, but can't answer

I have the same issue. I cannot answer or they don't hear me especially when they call from another VOIP. The phone rings, and then I pick up and speak but they don't hear me at all. I can make calls. I tried and rebooted a few times, but it happened again this morning. I cannot answer. Please help.

Same thing here. Everything was fine until 2-3 weeks ago. Waiting for an ooma support tech to call me back. Very dissapointed about Ooma as they don't answer here. I'll probably quit ooma for a bigger cellphone plan.

I'm having the same problem, but it is intermittent. The phone rings, I say hello and it disconnects. The person calling me hears nothing. This happens only with some cell phone callers. Others go through fine. Also have problems placing calls to cell phones. The people get a call but cannot hear me. Sometimes it works after 2 or 3 tries. I have had ooma for about 8 months. It worked perfectly until about 4 weeks ago. Several calls to ooma support but cannot find the issue. I have changed all wires and the handset and also installed a new ooma telo under warranty, but the problem is still there.

Me, too. I've had this issue answering calls for about a month now and tried resetting, disconnecting, newly connecting, etc. with no luck. Can you help me, Tom?
