It started about 3-4 weeks ago. Phone rings, I answer, dead air, call goes to voicemail. Does not happen 100% of the time but enough to be aggravating. Please help

I've been having the same problem for the past 2 or 3 weeks now. It is intermittent. The phone rings, I pick up and speak but the caller can't hear me at all. Then the call goes to voicemail.When I make calls there is a long delay before I hear the other line ring or the line doesn't ring at all. Other times I can make and receive calls normally. I tried rebooting a few times, but it just keeps happening. Please help.

Same intermittent issues as mentioned by others here .. last month or so.
So ... Tom B. .. please work your magic! And what is your magic .. changing things on your server end? Or do you reach out to the Telo's in some way to change some setup in the Telo?
Also ... I've heard others mention reviewing/setting 'QOS' and other things. Are any of these other things generally helpful with these issues?
