You will have to download a small app that does the test.
All of the result icons should be green.

This test found a failing modem for me. It was discarding 17% of the outbound packets. That made an unintelligible mess of the outbound audio.

I can't make Outgoing Calls but i can receive calls. BUT they can't hear me once i pick up. I had OOMA for 6 years and this has never happened.
Help appreciated

Hi.. I had my Ooma telo replaced a couple of years ago since my old Ooma was broken. Since the beginning, I could not make a call but incoming call rings.. I just found this forum and tried to follow Tom's suggestions to change the QoS following my upstream bandwidth but still no luck. I wonder if Tom or another expert will read this message and do the magic. I have tried to call the support though :( . Thank you.

Do you have 10 digit dialing enabled in your online account? If not you need to dial 11 digits for all calls. It is unlikely that any place still allows 7 digit dialing. Where I live it was done away with at least 25 years ago.
