Ooma Telo 1 has stopped working

Have unplugged and rebooted modem, router etc, unplugged and rebooted my original Ooma Telo 1 (circa 2012), but all I am getting (whether internet is plugged in to Ooma or not) is the blue speaker lighting up. Absolutely nothing else lighting up or working.

Any ideas? Is it dead?

Any luck with this? I just started having the same issue. I assume it's dead and needs to be replaced.
