Voicemail indicator broken on HD-3

When new voicemail is left the indicator and display on the HD-3 handset doesn't update. It also doesn't update when all messages have been listened to.

In order to get the current status you have to remove the batteries and reinstall them.

This is a new issue. It used to work correctly.

I'm new to OOMA and have a new HD3 handset. I can't find any directions about how to reboot the handset. I would appreciate any help.

You have to remove the batteries and reinstall them.

Removing the batteries works to reboot the HD-3, but holding the Red Hangup button on the HD-3 for about 3 seconds powers down the phone also. Holding down the same Red button down again will power it back on.
