Caller ID on outgoing calls
When we call, the Ooma number instead of the ported number shows on the receiving phone. How do I change it to use the ported number?

It sounds like the ported number is your secondary number. Ask Ooma to switch the numbers so the ported number is the primary number.
There is a star code you can dial before you dial a number to specify which number to use for caller ID.
