Telephone # can't take your call right now

I have recently set u p my ooma. I can call out, but when anyone attempts to call me it says 'telephone #xxx can't take your call right now, leave a message'

any idea why?

You might have activated the Do Not Disturb mode.

If you just set up the unit you are in the free trial period for Premier. Do you have a stutter dial tone? If you do, DND is on
