Call Blocking Question

I have premier and wondering if there is a way to block all toll free numbers (without having to enter in each 10 digit number that calls me). I can't figure it out.

Since most numbers are spoofed, I've been playing with CID strings 'that contain...', but the bums keep switching tactics. Pretty much ready to only allow listed contacts to ring thru, and all others to VM. Let's see 'em get by that!!!
