Ooma not working

Ooma not working

Only light on the telo that is lit is the speaker light on the top of the unit. Kind of doing a slow flash. Have reset the unit several times, as well as the router. Any ideas, or is it just shot?

I'm having the same not working problem except that its the large symbol on the center of the Ooma that's flashing red. Connected phones all give a busy signal and I cannot connect to the Ooma via its network address. Why has there been no reply to the previous message???

These are forums, not a substitute for Customer Support. Have you called them yet?
