Missing 2 calls (Moderator Please)

I need you to check service interruptions for my account to see if my service was down between 8:30pm last night and 7am this morning. I missed 2 snow closing calls ( Never received the one last night at 8:30) and the one from this morning (5:30am) went right to Ooma Voicemail without ringing my phone. I don't even have Ooma voicemail enabled. I have my own answering machine. I need to know if the network was down so I can investigate this further. I drove 45 mins to work in a snowstorm for nothing. The number where the robo call originates has been added to my contacts as to not be blacklisted so I know that is not the problem.
