Unable to use Telo to make or receive calls
I've been using my Telo for a couple of years now, but within the last week I've been unable to make or receive any calls.
Some details:
Telo P/N: 110-0119-502 Rev. B01
Telo Status Light: Solid - Blue
MyOoma Dashboard Status: Red Offline
Carrier: Frontier Fios
When dialing from another number you receive the following message:
"The number XXX-XXX-XXXX Can't take your call right now, please record your message."
When dialing from the Telo you receive a dial tone, but the call never "rings" through after dialing the intended number.

Have you power cycled the Telo?

I have not, I will do that when I get home this evening and report back. This has been such a reliable device for me that I didn't think to try this.

A power cycle worked perfectly. Thanks for the advice. I'm not sure where the hang-up was, maybe network lease expired and it didn't pick up a new IP...
