My wife is having issues reaching two phone numbers in Argentina. She receives an english messages after one ring stating that the line is busy - but we know that it is not. We then called the numbers from our Verizon cell and they went through, I called tech support and they claimed that all is well on their end, so it must be Argentina, Apparently it's a problem with Ooma ,,, so what do I do? The only reason I use ooma is because of the reasonable international call costs - but if they don't work and can't provide decent tech support - should I bail?
