Calling and receiving issues
I am unable to complete calls on my ooma telo2, while I do get a dialtone and am able to dial a number after doing so the phone presents dead air. I've gone to my ooma website where I see the calls I've made show up as having gone through. Incoming calls ring normally but when I answer again all I hear is dead air!

Try adding the Ooma to the router DMZ and select the option to bypass the SIP/ALG if available on the router.
