White listing calls not working
I’m currently trying to receive a call from Amazon customer support. This is being sent to voicemail by the spam filter so I added the number to an existing Amazon contact. I then initiated a callback from Amazon several more times and every time it went directly to voicemail despite now being in my contacts.
I waited 5 minutes and tried again with the same results. It looks like white listing isn’t working.
Any way to fix this?
Edit: actually I’m not sure what’s going on. My spam block is set to play a call blocked or disconnected message for all the checked boxes except my personal list. As such I have no idea why the call from Amazon support is going directly to voicemail.

I resolved this. All my calls were going to voice mail because for some reason Ooma was off hook. I “flashed” my phone and got a dial tone and hung up and that fixed it.
