In studying the plans if you want Phone, SMS, and email notifications that is part of Secure Plan and has a cost
and is not part of the Monitor Plan (Free). Thus, way I under stand this now, getting notification (such as text) when Telo goes offline is NOT free even if have no sensors.... or do I have a misunderstanding?
Per the following Ooma website there is Monitor Plan (Free) and a Secure Plan (Has Fee).
